Admin Aide de Camp
SpecificsSometimes our admin team needs a little more help when things are busy.
Time CommitmentProbably just a few hours a month to fit in with your schedule.
Skills NeededA bit of everything in the admin/office skills area. E.g., comfort with photocopier, google sheets and document computer skills, sorting and organizing
Data Base Management
SpecificsUpdate mailing lists (general, donors, volunteers) periodically

Fundraising
SpecificsThe HUB needs assistance executing fundraising plan that is concentrated on personal requests to Major Donors and grants. Would you be interested in joining our team?
Time CommitmentA few hours a week, more around the occasional event
Skills NeededIdentifying and applying for grants. Identifying and presenting to major donors. Experience with Bloomerang or a similar donor database would be useful.

Trail cleanup-Sunday, Aug 18, 2024 (800AM-Noon)
SpecificsMeet at the ORT trailhead/kiosk in East End Park. The Ottauquechee River Trail is a community asset that exists/survives because of your support. We will be doing cleanup from the recent storms. There is a lot of work to do and your help will be greatly appreciated.
Time CommitmentCome when you can; you don’t have to stay for the entire time.
Skills NeededWe’ll provide you with an assignment. Just bring work gloves; we’ll have the tools.
